摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning accuracy of a semiconductor laser.SOLUTION: A positioning member for a semiconductor comprises: a base part, as a positioning member for a holder, which has a through-hole into which a semiconductor laser is inserted, the semiconductor laser being arranged in a terminal insertion hole formed in the holder, and having a pair of engagement recessed parts; and a pair of plate spring parts projecting in the direction in which they come closer to each other from the open edge of the through hole on the 180° opposite side with the center of the through-hole between them. The plate spring parts are formed so as to be symmetrical in the circumferential direction of the through-hole. When the semiconductor laser is inserted into the through-hole, the base part is superposed on the holder. When the semiconductor laser is inserted into the through-hole, the plate sprig parts are respectively engaged with the pair of engagement recessed parts, thereby allowing elastic deformation of the semiconductor laser in the direction of its optical axis.
