PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect each phenomenon of a monitored object in a communication network, even when duration time is short.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus has: acquisition means which acquires monitoring information indicating the state of the communication apparatus in a first cycle; a first determination means which determines whether the difference between a first value obtained by the acquisition means as the monitoring information and a second value obtained by the acquisition means as the monitoring information in a cycle before the first value is acquired is a first threshold value or larger; and registration means which registers the first value in a database, when the first determination means determines that the difference between the first value and the second value is the first threshold value or larger. |
