A bubble removing and vaporizing device according to the present invention comprises: a storing tank for storing a liquid having bubbles; a bubble removing unit that is connected with the storing tank so as to temporarily accommodate the liquid having bubbles that are supplied from the storing tank to be separated into bubbles and liquid by means of the difference of density and be discharged as liquid from which the bubbles are removed; a nozzle that is connected with the bubble removing unit and sprays the liquid that is discharged from the bubble removing unit while the liquid is discharged from the bubble removing unit; an air pump that supplies pressurized air to the nozzle and enables the nozzles to spray the liquid; and a vaporizing plate that is installed to be separated from the nozzle and vaporizes the liquid that is sprayed from the nozzle while the liquid is heated. By means of a bubble removing and vaporizing method, once a liquid separated from bubbles is discharged and sprayed from one of plural bubble removing units, liquids separated from bubbles are sequentially discharged and sprayed from the remaining bubble removing units. When the liquids separated from bubbles are not sprayed, the bubble removing units are respectively filled with a liquid having bubbles. Also, bubbles and liquid are separated from the liquid having bubbles, and the separated bubbles are returned to the storing tank. |
