Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for manufacturing abrasive disks which are capable or mass-producing the abrasive disks used in grinders by using an automated production process. The abrasive disk manufacturing apparatus of the present invention includes: a driven roller where a base material is wound around; a driving roller which is arranged to be apart from the driven roller by a predetermined distance, rotates by a drive source, and winds the base material around the driven roller; a punching unit which punches the base material moving from the driven roller to the driving roller to create a circular disk and a cut-off line on another disk adjacent to the disk; and a coating unit which coats an abrasive material on the circular disk punched by the punching unit. |
