PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device capable of performing more natural display.SOLUTION: An information display device displays the desired information so as to be recognizable by light to be emitted. This device includes: an information display part which is equipped with a plurality of replaceable light-emitting modules; a control part which controls light emission of the light-emitting module on the basis of the information; and a housing in which the information display part and the control part are housed. The light-emitting module is equipped with at least one surface light-emitting panel on which a plurality of independently controllable organic EL light-emitting elements are arrayed.
