<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector of a new structure, capable of reducing a fear of insulation coating breaking or breaking of an electric wire crimped by a crimp terminal even if a displacement load is repeatedly applied.SOLUTION: In a connector 10, a crimp terminal 16 is integrally equipped with a connecting portion 22 capable of connecting with a terminal fitting on a counterpart side, a core wire crimping portion 24 provided behind the connecting portion 22 and crimped and fixed to a core wire 18 of an electric wire 14, a first coating crimping portion 30 provided behind the core wire crimping portion 24 and crimped and fixed to an insulation coating 20 of the electric wire 14, and a second coating crimping portion 32 provided further behind the first coating crimping portion 30 and crimped and fixed to the insulation coating 20. The core wire crimping portion 24 and the first coating crimping portion 30 are stored and disposed in a connector housing 12. On the other hand, the second coating crimping portion 32 is protrusively disposed on the outside of the connector housing 12, and an elastic tube 38 is adhered to a fixing part where the second coating crimping portion 32 is crimped and fixed to the outer peripheral side of the insulation coating 20.</p> |
