The present invention relates to a frame integrated solar heat and sunlight complex apparatus having a solar heat overheating prevention system. According to the present invention, a photovoltaic module opens or blocks the upper part of a solar heat collector, so the apparatus is capable of continuously performing a function of the solar heat collector while preventing the overheating of the solar heat collector due to the exposure to the sun for a long time in a season when heating or warm water is not used. Therefore, damage to equipment or the like is prevented. The solar heat collector and the photovoltaic module are equipped inside the frame, so the apparatus is integrally formed and to be one unit thereby. Therefore, the installation is simplified, so costs or the like are reduced. |
