The present invention relates to a double-faced pan for reducing smells, which is to reduce smells produced during cooking food. The double-faced pan for reducing smells of the present invention comprises a pair of pan main bodies (10) accommodating cooking objects; a gas inducer (20) installed in a mounting hole (15) punched in the center of the pan main bodies (10) and having multiple holes (25); a diffusing plate (30) installed on the exterior of the pan main bodies (10) to connect a through-hole (31) in the center to the mounting hole (15), and diffusing smell causing substances and steam entered the inside of the gas inducer (20) to outside; and a support member (40) installed on the external bottom of the pan main bodies (10) to protect the diffusing plate (30), and having a through-hole (45) in the center to flow flames in to inside. |
