摘要 Disclosed are a method and a manufacturing device for manufacturing an optical fibre tape core wire (1). The method includes marking each optical fibre tape core wire (1) to identify separated optical fibre wires (2A-2D) with an associated optical fibre tape core wire (1). The method comprises the steps of printing; coloured layer formation; coloured layer curing; tape forming layer formation; tape forming layer curing and fibre running length adjustment. The printing step causes a plurality of optical fibre wires (2A-2D) to run. Each optical fibre wire (2A-2D) includes a resin coating layer of resin coating a silica glass fibre. A marking is printed using a printer (8A-8D) for identifying the optical fibre tape core wire (1) on a part of each of the plurality of optical fibre wires (2A-2D) in the longitudinal direction. The coloured layer formation step involves using a colouring device (9) which is provided downstream of the printer (8A-8D) in the fibre running direction to form translucent coloured layers of different colours on the respective optical fibre wires (2A-2D) with the markings printed in the printing step. The coloured layer curing step involves using a coloured layer curing device (10) which is provided downstream of the colouring device (9) in the fibre running direction to cure the coloured layer. The tape forming layer formation step involves using a tape forming device (11) which is provided downstream of the coloured layer curing device (10) in the fibre running direction to coat the plurality of optical fibre wires (2A-2D) with colourless transparent resin to form a tape forming layer. The tape forming layer curing step involves using a tape forming layer curing device (12) provided in downstream of the tape forming device (11) in the fibre running direction to cure the tape forming layer. The fibre running length adjustment step involves using fibre running length adjustment devices (13) to adjust the running lengths of the plurality of optical fibre wires (2A-2D) running from respective printers (8A-8D) to the tape forming device to adjust the running lengths of all the optical fibre wires (2A-2D) between the respective printer (8A-8D) and tape forming device (12) to a same length.
