A composition of ice cream contains cream, dry nonfat milk, fruit puree, sugar, a stabilizing agent, water, also it is supplemented with flour of oat grains ground as those whole or ground oat flakes, and it comprises apple puree with a high content of soluble pectin as the fruit puree. The formulated ice cream, enriched with proteins, carbohydrates, dietary fiber and oats’ biologically active substances and raw apple materials, which are capable of forming and preserving the structure of the product in the course of a guaranteed shelf life. |
