The present invention relates to a polycyclic compound including nitrogen and an organic light emitting device including the same. The compound can be used as a material for an organic material layer of the organic light emitting device, and can be a hole injecting material, a hole transporting material, a light emitting material, an electron transporting material, and an electron injecting material. Especially, the compound can be a material for the hole injecting material and the hole transporting material or can be a material for a layer which injects and transfers the hole at the same time.
