PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of improving the versatility of a driven shaft.SOLUTION: A motor includes: a motor body having a rotation shaft 15 which is rotationally driven; and a speed reduction mechanism which has a worm shaft 35 coaxially arranged with the rotation shaft 15 and rotated by a rotation driving force of the rotation shaft 15 and reduces the speed of rotations of the rotation shaft 15 to output the rotations. The rotation shaft 15 and the worm shaft 35 are connected by a coupling device which is disposed between the rotation shaft 15 and the worm shaft 35 and transmits the rotation driving force of the rotation shaft 15 to the worm shaft 35. The coupling device includes: a ball 61 which contacts with the rotation shaft 15 from an axial direction and receives a thrust load; an intermediate thrust member 111 which is disposed between the worm shaft 35 and the ball 61, contacts with the worm shaft 35 from the axial direction, and receives the thrust load; and a rotation transmission member 81 which holds the intermediate thrust member 111, is coupled to a base end part of the worm shaft 35 to rotate integrally therewith, and transmits the rotations between the rotation shaft 15 and the worm shaft 35. |
