PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of appropriately suppressing generation of deposits in an air intake path.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine includes: a fuel injection valve injecting fuel into an air intake path; a throttle valve changing a passage cross-sectional area of the air intake path; and an electric motor forcibly rotating an engine output shaft. A control device executes a stop time control for driving the throttle valve to be closed and actuating the electric motor to forcibly rotate the engine output shaft (S14) if the injection of the fuel from the fuel injection valve stops because of stop of operation of the internal combustion engine (S11: YES).
