PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raindrop device capable of resolving visual troublesomeness of a user.SOLUTION: A rain sensor 3 equipped with a microcomputer 40 detecting the amount of raindrops adhered to an outer surface of a window glass 1 and controlling a wiper device 2 according to the amount of the raindrops, is provided with raindrop detecting means 20 for detecting reflection light amount from the raindrops W adhered to the outer surface of the window glass 1, and imaging means 30 for imaging the raindrops W adhered to the outer surface of the window glass 1. The microcomputer 40 sets wiping characteristics according to the amount of the raindrops, and adjusts the wiping characteristics so as to increase the wiping performance of the wiping device 2 as compared with a case that a raindrop diameter r is large, when a raindrop diameter r of the imaged raindrops W is small. Therefore, the wiper device 2 can be controlled according to the raindrop diameter r which is an attribute of the raindrop W drawing the attention of a user. |
