<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation device capable of generating an image where the sizes of image areas are changed in accordance with the number of persons in each image area when image areas where multiple person subjects appear exist in a whole image.SOLUTION: When multiple points in the screen of a display unit 104 are designated, a face detection unit 103 detects faces included in the respectively designated points and the positions of face images including the detected faces are detected. Then, when the displaying of partial enlargement through-images is started, the synthetic positions of the face images are determined based on the position relation of the face images and also the magnification of the face images is determined based on the number of faces in the face images. Thus, enlargement images obtained by enlarging the face images are synthesized with a whole image indicating the whole screen of the display unit 104 and the synthetic moving image is displayed by through-images.</p> |
