PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery monitoring device capable of ensuring the soundness in measurement accuracy of module voltage and cell voltage without adding a redundant circuit for ensuring redundancy.SOLUTION: A module voltage measurement I/F 102 measures the voltage of a module 10 of a battery 1, and a cell voltage measurement IC 103 measures the voltage on each cell 11-14 in the module 10. A microcomputer 107 compares a reference value, which is the module voltage measured by the module voltage measurement I/F 102 divided by the number of the cells, with the cell voltage measured by the cell voltage measurement IC 103. Thus, the soundness of the module voltage measurement I/F 102 and the cell voltage measurement IC 103 is diagnosed. |
