A method for cultivating a fruit or vegetable, which comprises: a step for differentiating flower buds by performing an operation of irradiating a sprouting fruit or vegetable with red light and another operation of irradiating the sprouting fruit or vegetable with blue light, said operations being separately and independently performed; and a step for irradiating the fruit or vegetable, the flower buds of which have been differentiated, with a fluorescent light, with sunlight, or with red light and blue light simultaneously. |
