<p>The device has several spaced plastic foil webs (1) that are wound and unwound on a drum (11). The flexible shell side portions (3,4) are faced with one of the window lower edge and the floor. The bottom edges of the shell side portions and the webs are connected to a spacer (5). The spacer faced away from the top. The top edges of the lateral side elements and the webs are connected with a fastener (8). A cover is arranged at the upper end deflecting element (9). The thickness of the webs is dimensioned much smaller than the thickness of the shell side portions and the fastener.</p>
