摘要 |
The present invention relates to a biokit for diagnosis of colorectal cancer comprising a proteomic biomarker and a cytokine plasma biomarker and being capable of predicting progression from colon polyp to colorectal cancer. Specifically, the present invention relates to a kit for prediction of colon polyp-colorectal cancer progression and diagnosis of colorectal cancer comprising: at least one protein among leucine-richα-2-glycoprotein (LRG), hemoglobin subunitβ(HBB), Igα-2 chain C region (IgA2C), complement factor B (CFB), afamin, zinc-α-2-glycoprotein (ZAG), vitronectin (VTN), andα1-antichymotrypsin (AACT). The LRG, HBB, IgA2C, and CFB proteins increase in colorectal cancer patients, whereas the afamin, ZAG, VTN, and AACT proteins decrease in colorectal cancer patients. In addition, IL-8, IP-10, and TNF-αwhich are cytokines or chemokines increase in colorectal cancer patients. The eight kinds of the proteins can be used as a marker capable of predicting progression from colon polyp to colorectal cancer, thereby having an effect of early and accurately distinguishing the progression of colorectal cancer to diagnose the colorectal cancer. |
