摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for on-vehicle solar battery that can perform MPPT control adaptive to change of sunshine conditions of a vehicle while suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: There is provided a control device 14 which performs at least MPPT control over the output of a solar battery mounted on a vehicle, the control device including determination means 14a, 14b of determining whether the vehicle is in a traveling state or stopping state, and changing control methods when determining the traveling state from when determining the stopping state. Especially, a control period of the MPPT control is made shorter when the travel state is determined than when the stopping state is determined, and when the traveling state is determined, output control over the solar battery is suppressed when the speed of the vehicle is equal to or faster than a predetermined speed than when the speed of the vehicle is slower than the predetermined speed (the suppression including, for example, making the control period of the MPPT control longer than when the speed of the vehicle is slower than the predetermined speed, and fixing voltage control for the output of the solar battery).
