<p>Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are an information transmission method and user equipment (UE), the method comprising: a first UE monitors on a broadcasting resource in an equipment discovery resource an equipment discovery signal transmitted by other UEs on the broadcasting resource; the first UE forwards on a rebroadcasting resource in the equipment discovery resource all or a part of the monitored equipment discovery signals.
