PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of satellite droplets in a case of forming one droplet using two drive pulse.SOLUTION: A first drive pulse P1 includes a lead-in wave element a1 expanding an individual liquid chamber, and a push-in wave element c1 contracting the expanded individual liquid chamber. A second drive pulse P2 includes a lead-in wave element a2 expanding the individual liquid chamber, and a push-in wave element c2 contracting the expanded individual liquid chamber. Time Td from an end point of the push-in wave element c1 of the first drive pulse P1 to a start point of the lead-in wave element a2 of the second drive pulse P2 is an integer multiple of a natural resonance frequency of the individual liquid chamber. |
