<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification system capable of performing the notification of the validity/invalidity of change in the same method as the notification such as, for example, an invoice and a receipt of the charge is performed when payment means relating to the continuous payment of the charge for using and purchasing the service and the article is changed.SOLUTION: A notification system: stores and manages master data associated with notification means such as a client ID and payment means and a receipt of the charge; refers to the master data; and performs the notification in the same method as the notification means such the receipt shown in the master data in the case that a reply of the validity/invalidity of the change cannot be returned promptly when the change of the payment means is received via the communication such as the internet.</p> |
