Disclosed are a measurement method, a cell measurement method, a device and communication nodes. The measurement method comprises: a first communication node sending to a second communication node the measurement information comprising configuration information of a measurement signal and/or configuration information of a measurement signal combination, wherein the configuration information of the measurement signal is used to determine the resources of the measurement signal corresponding to the configuration information of the measurement signal by the second communication node, and the configuration information of the measurement signal combination is used to determine the resources of the measurement signal corresponding to the configuration information of the measurement signal combination by the second communication node; and the first communication node receiving a measurement report sent by the second communication node and the measurement report carrying a measurement result measured by the second communication node according to the measurement information. The example of the present invention realizes the wireless link measurement after the introduction of non-backward compatible cell or carrier.
