<p>The present invention relates to press pads (1, 7) for a single or multi-level heating press, which comprise textile fabrics (2, 8) formed of a thread or a fiber; a silicone elastomer manufactured by a cross-linking of silicone rubber, a copolymer manufactured by a cross-linking of silicone rubber and fluorosilicone rubber, and/or a copolymer manufactured by a cross-linking of silicone rubber and fluoro rubber. Proposed is a method for additionally curing silicone elastomer and/or a copolymer, to meet the requirement of a high purity when manufacturing a printed circuit board for electronic industries.</p> |
