An embodiment of the present invention provides a light emitting device comprising a first lead frame and a second lead frame which are disposed on a substrate and electrically separated from each other; a light emitting device which is electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame to emit light in a first wavelength region; a phosphor layer which is disposed on the light emitting device; and a lens which are disposed on the light emitting device and the first lead frame and the second lead frame, and corresponds to the light emitting device, wherein the phosphor layer includes a second phosphor excited by the light in the first wavelength region to emit light in a second wavelength region, and a third phosphor excited by the light in the first wavelength region to emit light in a third wavelength region. The third wavelength is longer than the second wavelength and the size of the second phosphor is larger than the size of the third phosphor. |
