PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure sealability stably and prevent deterioration of a content by making a dispensing valve certainly clog a communication passage even when the dispensing valve is operated repeatedly.SOLUTION: The outer vessel 3 of the vessel body 4 is formed wirth a suction hole 7c through which the outer air enters, is formed between the outer container and the inner vessel 2. The dispensing cap 24 includes an air valve 12 switching between the communication of the suction hole 7c with the outside and shield of the same from outside, a communication passage 25 making a dispensing opening 13 communicate with the inside of the inner vessel 2, the dispensing valve 15 openably closing the communication passage 25 from the dispensing opening 13 side, and a resilient connection piece 16 connected to the dispensing valve 15 and resiliently deformed by the variation of the inner pressure of the inner vessel 2 to operate the dispensing valve 15 and make the same open and close the communication passage 25. An over-cap 6 includes a depression part 21 depressing the dispensing valve 15 to the inner side of the vessel 2. |
