<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent coating film-forming coating material which excels in the adhesion to a base material, abrasion resistance, film hardness and the like and excels in antistatic performance, transparency, haze and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent coating film-forming coating material comprises electrically conductive oxide fine particles, a matrix-forming component, and a solvent and the matrix-forming component is composed of a glycolic acrylate resin (A) and a nonglycolic acrylate resin (B). The nonglycolic acrylate resin (B) is composed of a mixture of a nonglycolic difunctional acrylate resin (B1) and at least one nonglycolic acrylate resin (B2) selected from a nonglycolic trifunctional acrylate resin, a nonglycolic tetrafunctional acrylate resin, and a nonglycolic hexafunctional acrylate resin, and the nonglycolic difunctional acrylate resin (B1) in the nonglycolic acrylate resin (B) is in the range of 5-50 wt.% as a solid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
