PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism sheet which is excellent in scratch resistance, prevents luminance and quality from being reduced and is free from warping even when the thickness is reduced. SOLUTION: The prism sheet is prepared by applying an active energy ray-curable resin composition which comprises: (a) component of an aliphatic urethane (meth)acrylate having a structure derived from (di) pentaerythrithol and at least nine polymerizable double bonds, of 30 to 60 pts.mass; (b) component of a (meth)acrylate compound which has no urethane bond, has a molecular weight of at least 500, has a tanδpeak of the cured component less than 70°C and has two kinds of (meth)acroyl groups, of 5 to 55 pts.mass; (c) component of an aliphatic compound having a viscosity at 25°C of 50 mPa s or less, of 5 to 55 pts.mass; (d) component of a polymerization initiator, and has a viscosity at 50°C of 200 mPa s or less on a light-transmissive substrate 14 to form a light diffusion layer 12 on which the ruggedness is formed.
