<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate heating operation when indoor temperature is high during drying operation within an indoor unit and optimize the drying operation so as not to deteriorate comfort on an indoor side and consume waste energy. <P>SOLUTION: In the air conditioner, a control device 11 determines a magnitude relation between an indoor temperature Tin stored in a storage means 14 and a predetermined value Tαby comparison.
