According to the present invention, included in a rotary die cutting apparatus for cutting a sheet-type material into a shape of a certain pattern are: a pressure roller which has a roller body that is installed to be rotated on a pathway of a sheet-type material, an air supplying flow path that is prepared inner side of the roller body, and an air spraying flow path which is placed on the outer surface of the roller body; a blade which is placed and protruded on the outer surface of the roller body in order to cut the sheet-type material; a supporting roller which is installed to face the cutting roller to be rotated; a blowing device which sends air; and a flow path connecting device which connects the blowing device and the air supplying flow path for air flow. The blade includes: a cutting edge which has a loop-shaped outer shape and a pointed tip; a body which supports the cutting edge and a hook unit which is projected between the cutting and the body. When the cutting edge is deviated from the sheet-type material after cutting the sheet-type material penetrating the sheet-type material, the hook unit is fixed to the rear side of a cutting unit of the sheet-type material and separates the cutting unit from the sheet-type material. |
