A simulation apparatus (10) is an apparatus which simulates amounts of electric power consumed by a plurality of pieces of equipment included in a system and outputs the amounts of electric power thus simulated. The simulation apparatus (10) includes a virtual model building section (13) for setting a type of mode of electric power consumption of a piece of equipment and an electric power consumption calculating section (18) for outputting an amount of electric power consumption of the piece of equipment in accordance with the type thus set. |
