<p>The present invention relates to a tension adjustment for a stranded cable manufacturing device and to a tension adjustment for a stranded cable manufacturing device in which a defect is not generated in the twist of a wire because the tensile force of the wire which is inserted into a rotary block is uniform. The composition of the present invention comprises: a supporter; an alignment roller to align a plurality of copper wire strands on the same plane by being installed on the supporter; a guide roller to guide the copper wire strands by being separately installed to be parallel to the alignment roller; a plurality of tension rollers to add tension to each of the copper wire strands by being located between the alignment roller and the guide roller; a slide rod wherein one end is connected to the tension roller and the other end moves to a longitudinal direction by vertically penetrating a penetration hole of the supporter; and pressurizing spring to separate the tension roller from the supporter by being installed between the supporter and each of the tension rollers. The tension adjustment for the stranded cable manufacturing device according to the present invention which is made of the structure as above regularly and stably twists the wire in the twist of the wire by individually adjusting the tension of each copper wire strand by the tension roller and matching the tensile force of all copper wire strands. Thus, the defect is not generated.</p> |
