摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow spatial resolution to be changed over with simple configuration, in radiation tomography.SOLUTION: There is provided a radiation tomographic apparatus including on a detection side of a radiation detector, a plurality of collimator plates which are arranged in a standing condition, in such a manner that a plurality of radiation detection elements are divided in a channel direction. The radiation tomographic apparatus includes: setting means which sets a position of a radiation focus of a radiation source, the position to be set when performing radiation tomography, and which switchably sets the position of the radiation focus of the radiation source, between a first position and a second position. In the first position, a channel-direction beam width of radiation which is generated from the radiation source and is incident on each radiation detection element through each opening formed by the collimator plates becomes relatively broad, and in the second position, the beam width becomes relatively narrow. The radiation tomographic apparatus further includes reconstruction means performing image reconstruction processing corresponding to the set position of the radiation focus.
