PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of easily analyzing memory information preserved upon occurrence of an abnormal state without output to an external device.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus solves the problem by including: a division unit for dividing a storage area according to storage area management information including identification information for identifying a storage area of a storage device and type information showing a type of the storage area; a setting unit for selecting a first divided area from the divided areas of the storage area and allowing the first divided area to stand by; a detection unit for detecting an abnormality during information processing when the information processing is performed using a second divided area other than the first divided area from among the divided areas; a control unit for making the second divided area stand by and for restoring the first divided area made to stand by when the abnormality is detected; and an analysis unit for adding the second divided area made to stand by to a physical address space and for performing an analysis of information stored in the second divided area when the information processing is performed using the first restored divided area after restarting. |
