PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a motor control device to control a motor with an appropriate control constant matched to the motor by preventing mismatching of a selected control constant and the motor.SOLUTION: A control constant storage section 61 stores a plurality of kinds of control constants corresponding to a plurality of types of motors. A motor voltage detector 55 and a current detector 52 are configured to detect a motor current Im and a motor application voltage Vmot in the state where DC power is supplied to a fan motor 22. A motor type discrimination section 62 discriminates the type of the fan motor 22 on the basis of detection results in the voltage detector 55 and the current detector 52 in order to select a control constant matched to the fan motor 22 from among the plurality of control constants stored in the control constant storage section 61. |
