According to the present invention, a steel cast can be divided into an upper flange segment, a stomach segment, and a lower flange segment and are separately manufactured. Transverse-vertical compatible vertical connection joint stiffeners are installed on the segments, and the ransverse-vertical compatible vertical connection joint stiffeners are connected and joined by bolts and nuts to manufacture a steel cast. Concrete is plastered and cured on the steel cast to manufacture a PSC girder. Therefore, regardless to the difference in the heights of the PSC girder, the stomach segment can be flexibly manufactured in accordance with the height of the PSC girder and be assembled and installed on the bottom of the upper flange segment and on the top of the of lower flange segment. |
