The present invention relates to an LED light control device of a lifting reel integrally having an LED light. More specifically, the LED light integrally formed with the lifting reel on a high ceiling and converted into one of a super power saving mode, a power saving mode, and an off mode outputs a voice such as ″welcome″ when the motion of a person is sensed while simultaneously saving energy efficiently by enabling the LED light to be automatically converted into a normal brightness, and enables the maintenance condition of the LED illumination to be frequently checked by outputting a voice such as ″check the LED illumination″ through a speaker when an abnormal signal is generated while frequently checking the maintenance condition of the LED illumination. |
