FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: mill drive system comprises a gear 1 set under a grinding pan and fitted with a planetary and/or cylindrical stage 11, 12 having a vertically positioned shaft. An electric motor 2 is integrated in the gear casing 3, the motor rotor 21 and stator 22 have vertical axes. Upper 23 and lower 24 bearing retainers are installed on the opposite end faces on the rotor and the stator, the retainers are fitted with housings for the bearings 26, 27 of the rotor shaft. The upper 23 and lower 24 bearing retainers are connected by the stator casing 25 which is fitted with cooling fins along the outer perimeter. A pan for a cooling agent is provided between the lower bearing retainer 24 and the casing bottom part. The motor is supported by the flange 34 made on the inner casing side and protruding radially inside.EFFECT: mill drive system provides for easier installation and efficient cooling of a motor unit.12 cl, 2 dwg |
