FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: method includes irradiating the body of a person with a microwave signal, receiving the reflected response signal, amplifying the received response signal, analogue-to-digital conversion and mathematical processing of the received response signal, using an aperture synthesis method to calculate a three-dimensional matrix of the effective reflecting power of the inspected object in the volume of the scanned space and applying subsequent mathematical processing of said matrix using three-dimensional image recognition algorithms, which enables automatic classification of objects.EFFECT: high reliability of detecting objects, especially small objects and for low-permittivity materials, under clothes on the body of a person without the need to use the cognitive apparatus of a human operator for recognition and classification of objects, which reduces the load on the operator and enables to almost completely eliminate the effect of the human factor on the result and solving problems relating to the privacy of the inspected person.13 cl, 1 dwg |
