The hanger has a mono-body hull (1) defining two lateral arms extending on either side of a narrower central part (3), where a fixing sleeve (8) is arranged vertically at the top of the central part. A suspension hook (2) includes an upper part inclined rearwardly and located in a free space (7) between juxtaposed stacks of hangers, and a lower part (10) to withdraw the projection of the fixing sleeve to be coaxial with a hub (9). A vertical oblong opening is provided on a rear face (12) of the shell for passage of the upper part of the hook during stacking of hangers.
