The regulator has a power transistor (9) for providing charging current, and a differential voltage amplifier (8) whose output is connected to a gate of the transistor. Base and collector of PNP bipolar transistors (1, 2) are connected to ground. A negative terminal of a resistor (7) is connected to emitter of one of the bipolar transistors. Negative and positive terminals of another resistor (6) are connected to the ground, positive terminal of the first resistor and input of the amplifier. A positive terminal of a third resistor (4) is connected to output of the regulator. The power transistors are PMOS or NMOS type power transistors.
