CONSTRUCTION OF A HYDRAULIC POLYPROPYLENE CIRCUIT SEPARATOR

The invention relates to the construction of a polypropylene hydraulic circuit separator replacing the steel hydraulic one for use in heating and air-conditioning installations. Said polypropylene separator requires little or absolutely no insulation since it is 294 times less conducible compared to steel; it is safe from electrochemical erosion and so are its internally-coated polypropylene accessories possessing a metal nested part. The hardness of the tubes is 43 times lower than that of the steel. Likewise, accessories can be modified or added with use of a mere equipment with no specialized knowledge required; compared to the steel, the invention is characterised by low per-use cost and great variety of accessories.
