The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of fermented beverage using blueberry, which comprises a step of manufacturing persimmon vinegar; a step of manufacturing undiluted blueberry liquid; a step of manufacturing fermented enzyme liquid by mixing pine needles, fresh ginseng and brown sugar, and fermenting and aging the mixture; a step of manufacturing fermented beverage by mixing the persimmon vinegar, the fermented enzyme liquid and the undiluted blueberry liquid; and a step of sterilizing the fermented beverage by heating, and filling in a container to package. |
