PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation program, an evaluation device and an evaluation method for an automatic brake system for evaluating performance of an automatic brake system uniformly regardless of its system.SOLUTION: An evaluation device 40 for an automatic brake system includes a regression analysis execution unit 40A and an evaluation unit 40B. The regression analysis execution unit 40A performs regression analysis on the basis of a result of a test whether or not a vehicle in which an automatic brake system is mounted collides with a collision object by the actuation of the automatic brake system. The evaluation unit 40B evaluates the automatic brake system 10 on the basis of the result of the regression analysis. An objective variable in the regression analysis is an initial speed vi of the vehicle before the actuation of the automatic brake system.
