1. A waterproof structure for an electronic device that acquires location information, which has been acquired by a receiving antenna provide on a vehicle, from the receiving antenna via a wire, the water proof structure comprising:
a case disposed in a location in the vehicle distant from the receiving antenna, housing a processing unit that processes the location information, and having a wiring hole through which the wire passes; a cylindrical part extending in an axial direction of the wire from the case in such a manner as to surround the wiring hole; a seal member housed in the cylindrical part and sealing between the cylindrical member and the wire; and a cap detachably mounted to the case, having a hole for the passage therethrough of the wire, covering the seal member, and fitted with the cylindrical part.
