<p>A forced lubrication roller tappet of a high-pressure common rail pump. A rotatable roller shaft (13) is arranged within a tappet body (10). A roller sleeve (12) and a roller (11) are sequentially sleeved onto the roller shaft (13). A notch (8) and a circular groove (3) respectively are provided on two end surfaces of the tappet body (10). An oil inlet passage (9) is provided on a pump body (2) between two adjacent tappet bodies (10). The oil inlet passage (9) is in communication with the notch (8). The notch (8) is in communication with the circular groove (3). A lubricating oil passage (15) is provided on the roller shaft (13). An oil inlet passage (7) and an oil outlet passage (4) that are in communication with the lubricating oil passage (15) are provided on the tappet body (10). The apparatus allows a lubricating oil to be distributed to all friction surfaces, thus increasing lubrication effects.</p> |
