The dry toilet has a toilet main portion which is hinged in pad of a seat main portion. A circular aperture of 30cm diameter is formed in the pad of seat main portion, by cutting the seat main portion. A chemical toilet bag is hung up in the circular aperture of the seat main portion. The chemical toilet bag is tightly sealed from water and air and is closed with a lid, so that the toilet main portion is not viewable, and accommodating space is saved.
