PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance morphological precisions of resin molded members for fitting recessed portions and projecting portions.SOLUTION: Heat-generating molding jigs (soldering iron 4, heat source unit 10, and molding surface 12) are contacted with projecting portions (60) or recessed portions (8, 62) of resin molded members (2) for fitting the recessed portions and projecting portions so as to induce the escape of a plasticized resin (18) into resin escape portions (16, 28) secured on the resin molded members or heat-generating molding jigs. Molding dimensions of the projecting portions or the recessed portions are adjusted by increasing or decreasing resins on the projecting portions or the recessed portions. |
