<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make competitive superiority of oneself and others clearly and easily recognizable, and ensure that an appropriate proposal of improvement based on comparison with the others can be put into practice.SOLUTION: An information processor 100 executes: processing for displaying a value chain in which icons of element items are arranged in a time sequence on a display unit 106 and changing a display form of each element item in the icon on the value chain depending on quality of evaluation information from a customer relating to the element item; and processing for extracting the evaluation information, generating value chains before and after improvement to display the value chains parallelly on the display unit 106, and showing a change of the evaluation information caused by the improvement after a lapse of prescribed time after the value chain is displayed on the display unit 106 or after an input unit 105 or an external terminal 200 accepts user notification to the effect that improvement has made to at least one of the service, facility and commodities corresponding to the element item after display of the value chain.</p> |
